Beautiful mommy + handsome son = a picture that gives you warm fuzzies!

Jack insists on wearing his rain boots at all times. He disregards all conventions of fashion. Please disregard our messy bedroom.

My buddy Jason and I in right field. Wait a sec, you're right! We DO have the same name! Cool.

This picture is erupting in such concentrated cuteness that it will probably melt your face off. Proceed with caution.

The Carney's. We don't have small hands or smell like cabbage.

Jack with his entourage/posse. Yup, that's how he rolls.
Peepin the turtles at the Aquarium while simultaneously rockin a very stylish hairdo. Amazing.

Random Pictures

Hey guys, I know it's been awhile. Honestly, I haven't been taking many pictures lately. Unfortunately I don't have any Easter pictures to post because we didn't have much of one besides what we did here at the house. Jack has had the chicken pox the past week and we have kind of been quarantined. So no big Easter egg hunt or Sunday church this year. I just thought I would post a couple pictures from the past month. Jack has been such a little cuddler lately ( i trained him well!) We love getting lots of hugs and kisses from him. Even with the chicken pox he has been a happy boy and very satisfied just hanging out and watching his favorite movie... CARS! Till next time. Hopefully I'll have some good picts. for you!

"Cheese!"

He love this movie!

This is Jack spotting the Basketball Court

Here he is sitting on the edge of the court....so strange?!?!

Hi everyone! It was so beautiful outside last week that we had to take advantage and go to some fun parks. On Wed. Jack and I went to a beautiful park with lots of things for kids to do.. Jack loved it. Until he spotted the basketball court. When he saw it walked over and sat down right at the edge and watched the basketball players so attentively he clapped for them whenever they made a basket! I found it so wierd that Jack has this awesome playground with slides and gadgets galour, but all he wanted to do was watch basketball. He did that for about a half and hour till I had to drag him away. When I came home to tell Jason he was one proud father. Go Figure!

When daddy is in charge...

Hey guys, I thought I would just post a picture real fast to show you what Jack looks like when daddy gets him ready. I had a meeting yesterday morning and Jason stayed home for a little bit, when I came home this is what Jack looked like! I thought it was pretty funny. Take Care!

Family Pictures!

Iv'e been kind of procrastinating this post because I have so much to write about! I decided to just start with pictures from Texas I think I'm just going to skip over Christmas and start fresh with the new year. We had a blast in Texas and had a lot of fun spending time with family. My Grandma and Grandpa both live in Southeast Texas and it's always fun to go down and visit. It was the first time in awhile when our whole family was together for Christmas and it, surprisingly enought went very smoothly. I can't wait to do it again!

GO TU!

Us before the game..

Jack watching the drummer in the pep band..

On Saturday night we went to the Mens TU Basketball game.. as you can see, there weren't many people there (all the students had left for Christmas) But it was tons of fun. Jack loved the band and kept wanting to go get the ball on the court. As most of you know, Jason is a huge sports fan so it's always fun to go to games as a family. Hope you all have a great week!

Lions, and Tigers and Bears...

Hi everyone! Finals are finally over! We are so happy to be having somewhat of a break. Yesterday was Jasons first day without school, it was a beautiful day so we decicded to go to the zoo. We had taken Jack before but I think he is finally old enough to really understand. We was so excited he didn't know what to do with himself! He learned lots of new animal sounds and has been making them all morning. He isn't much of a talker, but he sure knows his animals! Hope everyone is doing well and I'll be posting more fun adventures we had throughout the week. Take care!

Snow in Oklahoma!?!

Hey guys! So, I thought when we left Rexburg I wouldn't have to deal with snow again for awhile.... I was wrong. We got quite a bit on Thurs. and Fri. and it's still on the ground today. I guess I don't mind as long as it's not on the ground through April! It was fun for Jack to go out and see it. At first he wouldn't even walk in it, now he is begging to go out and play in it.
That's pretty much it for now, just thought I would give you an update! Till then!

It's the most wonderful time......

I didn't even realize the picture in the background until I uploaded them..

The whole fam.

Jack had to touch every ornament on the tree. We will see how many we end up with after the Holidays!

So this year is the first time we have ever really decorated for Christmas. A Christmas wreath is about the most I have ever done before becuase we have always been out of town. This year we will be going to Texas for a week but I thought that it would be nice to still have some things up for Jack (and me too). I love this time of year! We only have about 3 personal ornaments on our tree and Jason claims that his Darth Vader ornament is the best. I can't wait to build up our collection of ornaments over the years and be able to look back on the memories we have made. Today I have been in such a festive mood....I love it! I hope you all are getting excited too!
Till then!

Big Boy!

Yes, it is that time already! Jack has been climbing out of the crib for quite sometime now and we figured that a bed isn't as far of a fall as a crib. Jasons' mom came down to spend thanksgiving with us (which was very nice) and we were lucky enough to have her give us Jacks Christmas present (toddler bed) a little early. He has done really well so far. He goes straight to sleep when we put him to bed and he stays in it all night! yay! We are in the process of finding some big boy sheets and stuff so it's just random blankets for now.
He is growing so fast I don't know what to do with myself!
I have another blog to post soon.. we are putting our Christmas tree up tonight!
Till then.. Take care!
